Commissioning means the client has read and agreed to the terms and conditions of the artist.as of December 29, 2024
I retain all copyrights over the commissioned pieces. I can post them online and add them to my portfolio.
I reserve the right to refuse/decline a commission for any reason.
For personal use only. Prices displayed are for personal usage only. Clients may only use the artwork in personal spaces and are not allowed to use my works for profit.
Commissions for commercial use shall be discussed through DM or email. This type of commission includes branding for monetized personalities and businesses, png-tubers, merchandise (freebies included), book covers, etc.
I accept commissions through Paypal/Ko-fi (USD).
Prices are subject to change depending on type of use, complexity, and demand.
Payment first policy. At least 50% should be paid for the commission process to start. Payment should be completed before the final output is sent.
Refunds and cancellations are only allowed if I have not yet started working on your commission or I am unable to accomplish it. Two months of no communication or response from the client will automatically cancel the commission.
Turnaround time will take at least 1-6 weeks depending on the artist's health, workload, complexity of the commissioned work, your slot and speed of response. The client will receive progress updates from sketch to finish.
Minor revisions are free of charge. There will be an additional fee for major revisions (e.g. alterations from the approved sketch) unless there's a misunderstanding on my part.
The artist's trademark will be included. Do not remove/edit it.
Do not claim the artwork as your own. The artist must be properly credited for her work.

Commission process
A GUIDE FOR FIRST TIME CLIENTS
After you have read my terms of service, fill out and send me the commission form with all the details I need to know about your commission.
After all the details have been finalized, I will send you the details for the payment.
I will send you a sketch for approval before coloring.
After the approval, I will then start coloring and rendering.
When the artwork has been accomplished, I will send it to you for approval before sending it to your provided email address.
